2. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful falsification or misrepresentation, infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights, malicious software, unlawful content, or conduct that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the source material, edits, backups, exported files, and the consequences of using or sharing an export. The service does not verify whether a document is authentic, accurate, official, legally valid, or suitable for a particular purpose.
4. Availability and output
Editing, OCR, fonts, conversions and exports can differ from the source file. Features may change or be unavailable. Always inspect the final export and keep independent backups of important files.
5. Third parties
Hosting, advertising, analytics and linked third-party services may have separate terms and policies. Links to third parties do not make Document Editor responsible for those services.
6. Operator details
Before public launch, insert the website operator’s legal name, jurisdiction, contact information, governing-law provision and any limitation-of-liability language reviewed for the actual business and target markets.
